Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will take place within 1 working day. Delivery is available to UK addresses only.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders approved outside of working hours will be processed on the next available working day.

You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched. Once a prescription has been clinically approved and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund due to the nature of prescription medicines.
If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
